About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Specialist to join our Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered treatment plans to individuals with a dual-diagnosis of a mental health and substance use disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of individuals served to identify risk and protective factors.
  • Build person-centered relationships with individuals and create treatment plans that align with their goals and strengths.
  • Provide short-term therapy and clinical support to individuals served.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork from intake to discharge.
  • Identify trauma-informed engagement strategies and develop safety plans with individuals served.
  • Facilitate and co-facilitate Seeking Safety and other recovery skills clinical groups.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in a Social Services field, experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
