Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Client Support Service Professional to join our team at JobRialto.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on clients' accounts.
  • Provide accurate and efficient support while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
  • Handle functional support areas including clients' cash management products and services, online platforms, and general account or financial related inquiries.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and contribute to a culture of World-Class Service.
  • Multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous contact center experience
