About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Campus Accounting Professional to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and verifying financial records, as well as preparing financial and statistical reports for a subset of assigned campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation.
  • Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
  • Review financial statements for proper accounting treatment of revenue and expense items and provide commentary on historical trends and performance to budget.
  • Engage with campus and home office leadership regarding monthly financial results, responding to inquiries and communicating items impacting financial results.
  • Generate ad-hoc reporting and assist management with interpretation and analysis of such reports.
  • Partner with campus and home office personnel on accounting-related issues.
  • Participate in process efficiency projects, bringing ideas to the team and taking on special projects as needed.
  • Prepare audit schedules and other reports for internal and external auditors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
