Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple project timelines, budgets, and revenue goals, ensuring alignment with contracted project scope.

  • Assist customers and collaborators in implementing new studies, coordinating data gathering, and preparing project information for internal and external meetings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications, and strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of coordination and communication with team members across disparate technical and business backgrounds.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in front of a computer for long hours, with extended work hours possible to meet business demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Biotechnology, repository, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Familiarity with GLP, GMP, CLIA, and ISO regulatory guidelines.
