Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the St. Augustine Renaissance in Florida. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel's facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position that requires no telecommuting.
  • You will be working closely with our Chief Engineer or Area Chief Engineer to oversee the completion of work orders in a timely manner.
  • Your duties will include assisting in managing building assets, conducting room and equipment inspections, and identifying repair needs.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering/maintenance, preferably with prior supervisory experience. They will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in planning, scheduling, and evaluating preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensuring all associates have the proper supplies and equipment through company-approved ordering platforms.
  • Conducting coaching and accountability of engineering associates according to Atrium's Core Values.
  • Assisting with scheduling associates according to business levels.
  • Reviewing vendor proposals.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • FOLLOWING ALL COMPANY AND SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One (1) year of prior engineering/maintenance experience.
  • Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience is preferred.
  • A High school diploma or equivalent.
  • HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Certification is preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally, bend and squat repeatedly, and walk/stand for duration of scheduled shift.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as:
