WORK ENVIRONMENT: Onsite
Standard workweek: Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Dallas, TX

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are essential to the role. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

1) Adhere to all organizational policies and protocols.

2) Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

3) Welcome patients upon arrival.

4) Provide information regarding facility services, programs, fees, and registration processes.

5) Manage patient appointment scheduling.

6) Perform various clerical tasks.

7) Relay information to the research team.

8) Oversee daily operations involving physicians, staff, visitors, and patients at the research facility.

9) Handle phone calls and in-person inquiries from patients.

QUALIFICATIONS: To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The qualifications listed below represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1) High school diploma or equivalent is required.

2) Proven administrative, organizational, and planning capabilities are essential.

3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

4) Attention to detail is crucial.

5) Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

6) Bilingual candidates are preferred.

7) Medical Assistant Certification is advantageous.

8) Strong customer service skills are necessary.

9) Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment is essential.
