Job Overview

At DAC, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with commercial HVAC mechanical, refrigeration, and building systems.
  • Complete accurate and detailed service reports to ensure timely invoicing and job cost tracking.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department team to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Electronics or a related field.
  • Experience in the construction environment or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC mechanical, refrigeration, and building systems.
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
