Job Description:

At Five Cubes, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automating the full life cycle of complex enterprise IT environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Automation and Continuous Delivery (CaC & CI/CD) tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions for scalability, repeatability, and recoverability. Key skills required include experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible Automation Platform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Liquibase. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with containers and container orchestration using Kubernetes platforms and packaging tools such as Helm Charts and Kustomize. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, GoLang, Shell, Ruby, and Perl are also essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement automation solutions for scalability, repeatability, and recoverability

* Automate the full life cycle of complex enterprise IT environments using IaC, CaC & CI/CD tools

* Develop and maintain automation scripts using Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible Automation Platform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Liquibase

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions

* Ensure automation solutions meet scalability, repeatability, and recoverability requirements

* Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in automating complex enterprise IT environments

* Strong experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible Automation Platform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Liquibase

* Experience with containers and container orchestration using Kubernetes platforms

* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, GoLang, Shell, Ruby, and Perl

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
