Job Title: Radiologic Imaging Specialist - CT

Job Summary: We seek a skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to perform computed tomographic radiological procedures on patients. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient care.

About the Role: This position requires a registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and an advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT). A minimum of 25 hours per week and 5-10 hour shifts per pay period are required. Regular attendance and punctuality are expected.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining examination procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety
* Perform CT scans, adhering to radiation protection principles and ALARA techniques
* Analyze anatomical structures, set up equipment, and administer intravenous contrast media as necessary
* Assist Radiologists in complex sterile procedures, such as biopsies
* Resolve image exceptions and ensure high-quality image delivery into PACS

Education/Experience Required:

* High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required
* Registration with ARRT and advanced registry in CT is mandatory
* A minimum of 25 hours per week and 5-10 hour shifts per pay period are required
