About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Teller and Customer Care Specialist to join our team at our New Buffalo location. As a key member of our Financial Center team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote good customer experience by consistently providing best-in-class customer satisfaction through adherence to customer experience key behaviors, demonstrating a can-do attitude, and portraying a willingness to help at all times.

  • Develop rapport with the customer base and maintain knowledge of account ownership.

  • Act with confidence by answering and/or finding answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues.

  • Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.

  • Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, maintaining ethical behavior at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Extensive cash handling experience, which requires ability to perform advanced math functions.

  • Ability to present a professional image and interact comfortably and confidently with the public.

  • Ability to read and write well enough to communicate in both oral and written form.

  • Knowledge of retail policies and procedures to perform essential duties.

  • Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision-making and diplomacy and tact in problem resolution.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact well with co-workers and management.
