Job Summary

ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in the Fort Meade, Maryland area. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for performing and managing the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks, including requirements analysis, feature and system design, system integration, system testing, and working with the modeling team in support of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and all associated documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and manage the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks, including requirements analysis, feature and system design, system integration, system testing, and working with the modeling team in support of MBSE and all associated documentation.
- Take on the role as a product owner depending on the TDL project requirements, to lead a software development team while managing risks, escalating impediments, and helping to drive continuous process improvement.
- Perform technical support, coordination, and execution of systems engineering activities such as feature/requirements analysis, design, implementation planning, integration and test, sustainment, documentation, deployment, and system assessment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline.
- 7 years of systems engineering experience.
- Master's degree in STEM or related discipline preferred.
- Relevant industry standard certifications such as INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) or OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional–Advanced (OCSMP-A) certifications preferred.

Clearance Requirements

This position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Physical Requirements

- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
