Descripción del Trabajo:
El Especialista en Adquisiciones es responsable de la obtención de materias primas, componentes, suministros y servicios, asegurando el cumplimiento de los cronogramas y presupuestos establecidos. Coordina y apoya las actividades de compra, incluyendo solicitudes de propuestas, órdenes de compra, discrepancias en la recepción, discrepancias en facturas, acciones de desarrollo de proveedores, apoyo en la calificación de nuevos proveedores, devoluciones de proveedores y otras actividades de gestión de la cadena de suministro según se asigne. La adquisición se basa en requisiciones de compra y requisitos de MRP de acuerdo con los procesos y políticas establecidos. El trabajo es de naturaleza compleja, involucrando una considerable cantidad de iniciativa, trabajo analítico y un alto nivel de juicio independiente.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Adquisición:
- Adquirir los materiales y servicios necesarios para la empresa al mejor precio.
- Coordinar con proveedores para asegurar que la empresa reciba los materiales y servicios correctos a tiempo y al precio adecuado.
- Gestionar procesos de mecanizado, acabado y recubrimiento subcontratados.
- Asegurar que los procesos subcontratados se completen a tiempo y cumplan con las especificaciones de la empresa.
RFQ/RFP/PO:
- Emitir solicitudes de cotización/propuestas (RFQ/RFP) a proveedores.
- Emitir Órdenes de Compra para todos los servicios e ítems adquiridos.
- Negociar órdenes de compra a largo plazo con proveedores.
Fuentes Estratégicas y Reducción de Costos:
- Analizar tendencias del mercado e identificar oportunidades de ahorro.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de adquisición que satisfagan las necesidades de la empresa.
- Buscar iniciativas de reducción de costos que eliminen variaciones adversas en el precio de compra manteniendo estándares de calidad y entrega.
Intermediario:
- Actuar como intermediario entre proveedores y departamentos involucrados para resolver problemas relacionados con la adquisición.
- Procesar solicitudes de material no conforme y solicitudes de RMA con socios de la cadena de suministro.
Desarrollo de Proveedores:
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con proveedores clave.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación en el proceso de desarrollo de proveedores evaluando su desempeño y comunicándose para facilitar mejoras en costos, calidad y entrega.
- Comunicar a los proveedores sobre su desempeño y identificar áreas de mejora.
Mejora Continua:
- Dirigir o participar en actividades de mejora continua dentro de la organización.
Habilidades y Requisitos:
- Cumplir con las Regulaciones Internacionales de Tráfico de Armas (ITAR).
- Conocimiento de Normas de Calidad: Se requiere conocimiento y/o disposición para aprender sobre normas de calidad como AS9100, ISO y NADCAP.
- Experiencia en Procesos de Gestión de Inventario Kanban y Consignación es útil.
- Excelentes Habilidades de Comunicación (Oral y Escrita) e Interpersonales: El candidato ideal debe poseer habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y fuertes habilidades interpersonales, siendo capaz de articular información e ideas de manera efectiva.

- Habilidades informáticas avanzadas en un entorno Windows.

- Certificación APICS - CSCP o ISM-CPSM es un plus.
Educación:
- Diploma de secundaria o GED equivalente.
