Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state and national standards, incorporating STEM curricula and hands-on activities.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to club members, addressing their unique learning needs and abilities.
- Manage classroom materials, equipment, and time effectively, ensuring a productive and safe learning environment.

- Participate in professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices in education and youth development.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current Florida Educator's Certificate.
