Key Responsibilities- Provide person-directed care to residents, incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, recreational activities, and basic needs
- Develop awareness of residents' interests and needs, and create a safe environment for care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a program
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
