Job Title: Cardiac Device Monitoring Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Device Monitoring Coordinator to join our team at VHC Health. As a Cardiac Device Monitoring Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all remote and in-person cardiac device monitoring activities within our Cardiology Service Line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patient device checks for timely accuracy, every three (3) months remotely, and every one (1) year in person.
  • Coordinate reports for our Cardiology Providers to read and interpret.
  • Develop excellent relationships with vendor representatives to ensure ease of patient scheduling outside of normal device check schedules.
  • Ensure all patients are compliant with device check frequency, and monitor interim reports for timely Cardiology Provider coordination.
  • Oversee remote CIED monitoring, including scheduling, downloading clinical information, analyzing transmissions, and importing to database for physician review.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Two years of Cardiac Device Monitoring experience required.
  • Two years of Healthcare/Medical - Medical Office experience required.
