Position Overview
We are seeking an IP Litigation Associate with a foundational understanding of patent law and a willingness to engage in courtroom proceedings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and opposing parties, and will thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
As an IP Litigation Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of patent litigation, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough factual and legal research.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents and pleadings.
  • Participating in discovery processes, including depositions and expert witness preparation.
  • Researching and drafting motions related to discovery and claim construction.
  • Engaging in pre-trial and trial preparations.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or physics.
  • Experience in patent litigation within U.S. District Courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
  • A strong academic record from an accredited law school.
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
  • Experience with International Trade Commission (ITC) matters is a plus.
