Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our exquisite jewelry pieces.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in a retail or luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and trends.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field a plus.
