As a vital member of our team, you will be tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of petroleum equipment, including but not limited to fuel dispensers and associated systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and execute repairs and preventive maintenance on fuel dispensing systems and their components.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and enhance point-of-sale (POS) software.
  • Engage with computer systems for software installation and updates.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Assess and resolve electronic and mechanical issues as they arise.
  • Install, configure, and test new equipment.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to clients in an understandable manner.
  • Represent the company professionally and ensure timely arrival for service appointments.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or transferable skills.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Eagerness to learn industry-specific terminology and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass required physical examinations.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and climbing.
  • Exemplary integrity and professional ethics.
  • Familiarity with online mapping and dispatch software.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday workweek.
