Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, including registering patients, verifying insurance, and collecting payments. Additionally, they will be required to update and maintain patient health records, schedule appointments, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a healthcare setting and experience with medical software, such as Experity EMR/EHR system.

Responsibilities:
  • Register patients and manage front office operations
  • Verify insurance and collect payments
  • Update and maintain patient health records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff
  • Use EMR-EHR system to support all transactions

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on location and experience
