About the Role

We are seeking a talented Boys Apparel Designer to join our team at Earthbound Brands. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish designs for our children's apparel brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute design concepts that meet the brand's aesthetic and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design director to create and execute seasonal frameworks and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify key color trends and develop seasonal color palettes.
  • Oversee all aspects of the design process from concept to production, including sketching, sample development, and fabric and trim development.
  • Ensure garments meet fit, comfort, and construction goals for their respective categories.
  • Communicate with overseas/local vendors and merchants, licensees, and brand stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in apparel design with a focus on children's wear.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
  • Expertise with Adobe Suite - Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present with clarity and confidence.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 DOE, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
