Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Cape Canaveral Hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients and use appropriate technique to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Follow all Federal, State, and Regional healthcare regulations and adhere to Joint Commission/ACR standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Participate in quality initiatives and offer suggestions for departmental improvements
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Joint Review Committee approved Radiologic Technology program or equivalent approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • Current Florida State License as a General Radiographer
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) registration or be registry eligible
  • Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain
