Position Summary:

We are in search of a highly proficient Software Application Architect to spearhead the development of our application. This role entails designing and supervising the implementation of a secure, user-centric application that integrates various cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in application architecture, blockchain technology, biometric verification, database management, cloud computing, and mobile application development.

Technical Environment:

The candidate will support the following technical landscape:

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
  • Development across multiple platforms, including mobile (iOS, Android) and desktop (macOS, Linux, Windows).
  • Expertise in server-side languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with back-end frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience in database design, optimization, and management.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of cloud services for storage, computing, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of the application, ensuring it fulfills both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create a comprehensive architectural blueprint, detailing system design, technology stack, and integration points.
  • Oversee the incorporation of blockchain technology for secure and immutable data storage.
  • Implement geofencing technology for location-based services and notifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of NFC technology for identity verification.
  • Design and implement robust biometric authentication systems.
  • Manage secure storage and handling of biometric data on the blockchain.
  • Architect and manage databases to securely store user information, survey data, and other sensitive information.
  • Guarantee data integrity, availability, and scalability through effective database management practices.
  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure to support the application, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Implement cloud services and solutions to enhance application performance and resource utilization.
  • Design a user-friendly interface that simplifies user registration, identity verification, and access to features.
  • Implement features such as user registration, geolocation services, and real-time data updates.
  • Develop front-end components for various platforms including phones, tablets, and computers (macOS, Linux, Windows).
  • Implement robust security measures, including encryption and multi-factor authentication.
  • Ensure the application complies with all relevant privacy regulations and provides users with control over their data privacy settings.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts for the application, addressing security vulnerabilities, enhancing user experience, and adding new features.
  • Collaborate with the development team to regularly update the application based on user feedback and technological advancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA engineers.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in application architecture and development.
  • Demonstrated experience with blockchain technology and biometric authentication.
  • Strong background in mobile application development, database management, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with security practices and multi-factor authentication.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger).
  • Knowledge of NFC technology and geofencing.
  • Expertise in encryption techniques and multi-factor authentication.
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with distributed ledger technology (DLT).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data management and CAHPS surveys.
  • Experience in self-sovereign identity or medical record APIs.
