Leadership Position: Director of Home Health Operations

At Tennessee Quality Care – an Addus family company, we are committed to delivering the highest quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team in Middle and West Tennessee Division.
Job SummaryThe Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel. This includes coordinating and guiding coordinators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), Directors of Therapy (DOT), Clinical Supervisors, and various staff members to continually improve home health care services.
Responsibilities:- Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
- Provides guidance and counseling to clinical supervisory staff to assist them in improving aspects of home health care services.
- Assists with budget preparation and administration, interpreting operational indicators to detect census changes and increases or decreases in volume.
- Evaluates performance of clinical supervisory staff and oversees the maintenance of patient clinical records and statistics.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Registered Nurse/PT/OT/SLP degree from an accredited program or a licensed physician in the state.
- Current licensure to practice professionally in the state and a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
- Three years of management experience in a home health or related healthcare organization.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
- Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
