This position is a critical part of the State of New Mexico's efforts to support the well-being of children and families in our state. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing support services to clients, including staying with children/youth in the Receiving Center, home visits, arranging appointments and transportation, and entering data/notes into the CYFD System.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct client interaction and support services to clients, including staying with children/youth in the Receiving Center, home visits, and arranging appointments and transportation.
- Enter data/notes into the CYFD System and provide assistance to protective services workers.
- Work on special client-related projects and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Identify, provide, and/or arrange timely assessments/evaluations/interviews, and conduct medical case management activities for eligible clients.
- High School Diploma or Equivalency and three (3) months of experience as a home care worker, management of a home, or experience in providing social or rehabilitative services to clients in the community and/or in an institution.

Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive phone and personal computer usage. Direct client interaction and some travel may be required. Work schedules may differ than the standard - 5 Monday through Friday. Some overtime may also be required on occasion.
