About the Role

As a Patient Relations Representative, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent, with a strong background in customer service and/or a related clinical environment.
  • One year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
  • Dependability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
