Compensation Package

  • $42.5 - $65 per hour

About the Role

This Medical Lead position offers a unique opportunity to lead and support a skilled nursing team while delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Assess health needs, develop personalized care plans, and oversee patient care to ensure quality outcomes.
  2. Promote healing and minimize distress for patients experiencing emotional and physical discomfort.
  3. Utilize nursing judgment to adhere to protocols and ensure exceptional care.
  4. Serve as a leader and resource for the nursing team during each shift.

Qualifications

  • A degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing.
  • An active RN license.
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
