Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to join our team in a Service Advisor/Writing role. This key position will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within the service department.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Working closely with the Service Team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency
- Scheduling and assigning work to technicians and service personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Evaluating performance and productivity of service department personnel, providing coaching and guidance where necessary
- Managing parts inventory and outside purchases, as well as updating and restocking all in-house parts when needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety procedures and protocols
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
