About the Role:

  • Working closely with the Service Team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency
  • Scheduling and assigning work to technicians and service personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards
  • Evaluating performance and productivity of service department personnel, providing coaching and guidance where necessary
  • Managing parts inventory and outside purchases, as well as updating and restocking all in-house parts when needed
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety procedures and protocols
What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
