Job Opportunity: Licensed Surveyor

Timmons Group is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Surveyor to join our Survey Group in Staunton, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects and client accounts, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the successful management of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Client Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Timmons Group services.
  • Technical Quality: Ensure high-quality technical deliverables, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Profitability: Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Client Communications: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Civil 3D, MicroStation, or equivalent CAD software experience.
  • Leica, Trimble, or equivalent survey data reduction software experience.
  • Machine Control Models creation experience.
  • GPS/RTK technology utilization experience.
  • Preference given to those with Laser Scanning Technology experience.
  • Strong project accounting skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in client development and supervision of technical work.
  • Working knowledge of technical and office support software.
