Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland/Solon. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and suites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping Team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and push cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
