We are currently looking for Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping TeamThe SpringHill Suites® by Marriott Cleveland/Solon, where our #1 priority is providing a clean and safe environment for all our guests and our associates is conveniently located just a short ride from downtown Cleveland. We offer 120 suites for our guests to relax.MGM Northfield Park, Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the historic Chagrin falls are easy to get to. Our guests love our spacious suites which feature separate areas for sleeping, working and relaxing.A great place to stay - a great place to work.The SpringHill Suites is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role:

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
• Shift hours are as follows: 8-9am to finish - approximately 8 am to 4:30 pm - flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

What You Bring:

Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.Excellent customer service skills. Able to work alone or as part of a team.Ability to work on feet for extended periods.Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs. And most importantly an engaging personality.
