Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient services. This role is based in a supportive environment focused on mental health care for younger populations.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Florida medical license in good standing.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry or Addiction Services is required.
- Current DEA registration with no restrictions on prescribing controlled substances.
- Graduation from an accredited medical institution.
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatric Residency Training program.
- Eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party reimbursements.
Work Environment:
This position is full-time and emphasizes a collaborative approach to mental health care. The ideal candidate may also have the opportunity to see adult patients occasionally.
Compensation:
- Salary is negotiable based on experience and facility standards.
- Additional benefits include productivity and performance bonuses, as well as extra compensation for on-call duties.
- We offer a 401k match of up to 3% and a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
