Senior Painter

TrinityRail Maintenance Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Painter to join our team in Cartersville, GA. As a Senior Painter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our railcar maintenance services.

• Prepare, coat, and finish metal and other surfaces using conventional and airless spray equipment.
• Mix and apply various paint systems, including alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, and zinc epoxies.
• Monitor and adjust spray guns to achieve the proper dispersion of the spray and maintain the flow and viscosity of the paint.
• Clean and maintain painting apparatus, including paint lines, paint guns, and drying ovens.
• Initiate and maintain all applicable paperwork and follow safety rules and practices.

• 1-3 years of practical paint spray experience.
• Ability to work first shift hours, Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm.
