Senior Painter

TrinityRail Maintenance Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Painter to join our team in Cartersville, GA. As a Senior Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our railcar maintenance services.

• Prepare, coat, and finish metal and other surfaces to meet industry standards.
• Operate conventional and airless spray equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other surfaces.
• Mix and apply various paint systems, including alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, and water-borne paint systems.
• Monitor and adjust spray guns to achieve optimal paint dispersion and flow.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Regulate temperature and air circulation in drying ovens.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with prep work and maintaining accurate records.

• 1-3 years of practical paint spray experience.
• Ability to work first shift hours, Monday through Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm.
