Associate Director, C4N Imaging Operations

As a key leader in the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, the Associate Director, C4N Imaging Operations will oversee the administrative, operational, research, and patient care activities of clinical research in assigned research teams within the C4N Imaging Center. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with external sponsors, internal collaborators, and clinical investigators to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee the supervision, coaching, and evaluation of all staff in assigned teams.
- Develop and maintain onboarding and training materials, as well as encourage and provide ongoing education and professional development.
- Develop and implement processes among clinical research staff for all trial-related activities, including documentation, patient consenting, and follow-up, as well as reporting adverse events.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with university, state, federal, sponsor, and industry rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree may be required.
- 7 years of relevant experience required.
- 12 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
- ACRP (Assn of Clinical Research Professionals) or SOCRA (Society of Clinical Research Associates) certification required and must be maintained.
