Oversees all activities related to Process Engineering outputs for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with the timelines established by the Plant Capital Plan, New Product Launches, and Innovations in Process Technology.
Coordinates testing efforts linked to the development of new process technologies and supports new product introductions and technology transfers, collaborating closely with the Tech Transfer team.
Engages with technical services to establish and validate Critical and Key Process Parameters essential for Equipment and Process Validation.
Delivers presentations to convey project schedules and milestones effectively.Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for equipment and processes within the designated area, contributing expertise to investigations, design evaluations, troubleshooting of equipment/processes, planning of Capital Projects, change management, and related activities for the organization.
Demonstrates the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, exhibiting strong communication and presentation capabilities, a solid technical foundation, general automation knowledge, and effective time management skills.
Fosters effective collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds and shows adaptability to evolving requirements. Upholds strong ethical standards and work principles while demonstrating initiative. Maintains a professional demeanor and exhibits responsible conduct.Formulates conceptual strategies, processing diagrams, feasibility assessments, PFDs, and comprehensive scopes of work.
Identifies and implements initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, reducing production costs, improving product quality, increasing yield, and minimizing material consumption.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Sciences
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering
Skills:
Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal abilities with a strong focus on analytical skills
Proficient in customer interaction
Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities
Effective communication skills
