Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead LPN to join our team at WMC Advanced Physician Services PC. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients of all ages, using your expertise and training in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care using good judgment, methods, and skills under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
  • Observe, monitor, and record physiological measurements.
  • Provide treatment to patients per organizational protocols.
  • Assist providers with patient examinations, therapeutic measures, and procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients and plans of care.
  • Identify and provide physical, emotional, and developmental patient needs.
  • Provide health education to patients and their families.
  • Responsible for strict administration, control, and dispensation of prescription medication.
  • Notify providers promptly of unusual reactions and changes in conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Graduate degree from an accredited licensed practical nurse program required.
  • Current New York State LPN license and CPR certification for HealthCare Workers or BCLS certification for HealthCare workers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $40.50 - $51.15 per hour, based on location and industry standards. This includes benefits such as health insurance, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, flexible savings account, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.
