About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented LPN to manage patient care in various settings, including inpatient, clinic, and outpatient facilities. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive personalized attention, comfort, and dignity throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, adhering to established protocols and procedures
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, perform EKGs, and administer injections as needed
  • Collaborate with providers to develop and implement comprehensive patient plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records, handle lab orders, and verify medication administration
Requirements
  • Graduate degree from an accredited licensed practical nurse program required
  • Current New York State LPN license and CPR/BCLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
