Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patients with a broad array of needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits onsite at our unique employer health clinic
  • Evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions
  • Manage testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
  • Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
  • Possibly supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues as needed

What You'll Need

  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine residency program
  • Occupational Health or Workers Comp experience required
  • Board Certified in Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your start date
  • State licensed in CA, obtained before your start date

This is a full-time role based in Hawthorne, CA. The base pay range for this role is $147,000 to $156,000 annually, based on up to 24 hours per week of patient care. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
