PrintSynergy Solutions, Inc. is a reputable commercial printing enterprise located in Brockton, MA, with over three decades of industry experience.

We are currently seeking a skilled Pressroom Feeder to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Heidelberg printing presses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Available shifts include 5 days of 8-hour shifts or 4 nights of 10-hour shifts.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required to fulfill customer demands.
  • Support the Press Operator with routine press maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in hanging plates on the cylinder, loading and unloading paper, checking and filling ink fountains, and registering jobs as directed by the Press Operator.
  • Coordinate production jobs effectively.
  • Complete production reports accurately.
  • Assist in the setup of machinery for operators.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on the press, including lubrication, minor parts replacement, cleaning, and adjustments to rollers and other small components.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Wash the press as needed.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Press Operator.
  • Maintain focus and vigilance to ensure safety and quality of work.
  • Exhibit good hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish colors.
  • Physical requirements include climbing, kneeling, and squatting with extended reach.
  • Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Push loaded dollies weighing up to 500 lbs.
  • Work on elevated platforms.
  • Handle tools weighing up to 10 lbs. in various positions.
