Job Title: Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our team at ProScore Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces for our web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs for web applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Work with development teams to implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.
  • Ensure that all designs are accessible and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and refine a clear vision for the user experience of our products, balancing business and user needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our design process and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer/Engineer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web application design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and their application in UI/UX design.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices.
