Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with extensive experience in .NET 8 development MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases. As a backend developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining highperformance serverside applications that power our platform. You will play a key role in enhancing our AIpowered platform and building robust scalable backend solutions to support our compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and maintain scalable and highperformance backend applications using .NET 8.

  • Optimize and manage backend database systems including MSSQL and PostgreSQL ensuring data integrity security and performance.

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different components of our platform.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements design solutions and deliver highquality backend services.

  • Implement backend software best practices including coding standards code reviews and testing.

  • Troubleshoot debug and optimize backend services to improve performance scalability and functionality.

  • Lead and mentor junior developers providing guidance on backend development techniques and best practices.

  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decisionmaking processes to improve the scalability and reliability of our backend infrastructure.

  • Stay current with emerging backend technologies and frameworks providing recommendations to improve development processes and architecture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 5 years of experience in backend software development using .NET (experience with .NET 8 is a must).

  • Strong experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL including writing complex queries optimizing performance and database administration.

  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.

  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).

  • Solid understanding of backend development best practices software development life cycle (SDLC) agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and their backend database services.

  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g. Angular React Vue.js) and experience with fullstack development is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their integration into backend enterprise software solutions.

  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools.
