Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in character while in costume, ensuring a high level of engagement and interaction with clients and their guests.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our party character business, including our values, mission, and brand identity.
  • Participate in regular in-services and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company expectations, tax procedures, costume fittings, makeup and hair services, and other relevant topics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of events and maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout performances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Reliable transportation and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
