These specialists are responsible for overseeing the internal processes that facilitate new installation requests through the company's various operational workflows. They guarantee that precise data is employed, relevant departments receive and process requests in accordance with contractual obligations, and that each phase of the onboarding procedure is finalized within the designated timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily assistance to team members and address escalations as needed.
  • Generate, review, and present performance reports for team members and ATMs as instructed.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with management to create and implement training solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison among IT, Account Managers, and other NCR personnel to ensure smooth terminal onboarding processes and adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical information, tailoring language and terminology to suit the audience, whether employees, internal customers, or senior management.
  • Foster interdepartmental collaboration and build strong relationships to facilitate problem-solving.
  • Lead discussions, conference calls, and meetings related to client implementation planning.
  • Design, implement, and oversee terminal onboarding workflows, including modifications, relocations, and bulk load activities, ensuring data accuracy across all relevant systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on internal controls and procedures pertinent to the role.
  • Provide support and training for customer escalations regarding specific setup issues, including researching and responding to inquiries from Service Account Managers.
  • Utilize personal judgment to resolve issues, identify risks, and address challenges.
  • Analyze and investigate issues, resolving them with urgency due to customer impact.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures that ensure the integrity of data entered and updated in the various software databases supporting NCR/Cardtronics.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and implement necessary enhancements to the department's primary applications.
  • Interpret executed contracts, agreements, and onboarding documentation to ascertain specific onboarding requirements for each customer and terminal, ensuring alignment between contract terms and data entered into NCR/Cardtronics' processing systems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively manage multiple systems concurrently.
  • Take on special projects as directed by management.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to respond promptly, prioritize, and act amidst multiple, competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced functions of Excel.
