About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the fresh food counter of REWE Thomas Berges oHG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring product presentation and freshness, and implementing ideas to inspire customers to buy our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with attention to detail.
  • Show sensitivity in handling bread and bakery products as well as self-service fresh food counter products.
  • Implement ideas for measures that inspire customers to buy our products.
  • Stock products and pay attention to completeness and quality.
  • Convince customers with competent advice and courteous service.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate has completed a vocational training as a bakery salesperson or has professional experience in the retail sector.
  • Enthusiasm for retail and enjoyment of working with people.
