Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Snack Sales Associate to join our team at the heart of our fresh food counter. As a key member of our team, you will share your passion for meat, sausage, cheese, fresh fish, and delicatessen, and advise our customers with your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Presentation: Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with your attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Show sensitivity in handling bread and bakery products as well as self-service fresh food counter products.
- Product Knowledge: Implement your ideas for measures that inspire customers to buy our products.
- Inventory Management: Stock products and pay attention to completeness and quality.
- Customer Interaction: Convince our customers with competent advice and courteous service.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Ideally, you have completed a vocational training as a bakery salesperson or have professional experience, preferably in the retail sector - even as a career changer with knowledge of food, you are welcome to join us.
- Personality and Skills: Your enthusiasm for retail and your enjoyment of working with people make you a great fit for our team.
