Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and gas pumps
  • Balance a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Use technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including cross-training in other departments
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
