Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate At-Home Daycare Provider to join our team at Wyndy LLC. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and routines to promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
  • Maintain open communication with parents to ensure their child's needs are met and to provide regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Ensure all children's basic needs are met throughout the day, including feeding, bathing, and providing a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide supervision and engage in interactive play to promote social and emotional development.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children.
  • Keep accurate records of children's daily activities, including meals, sleep schedules, and any notable events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized daycare space to promote a sense of calm and well-being.

Qualifications

  • A love of working with children and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with parents and children.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently.
