Job Summary:

As a Home Health Care Registered Nurse with Faith Regional Health Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individualized patient assessments, prioritizing data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs.
  • Develop and update patient care plans, ensuring they are individualized and reflect collaboration with other healthcare team members.
  • Perform appropriate treatments, including medication administration, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner, sensitive to patient and family diversity, preserving autonomy, dignity, and rights.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license or temporary permit from the State of Nebraska required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language required.
