Key Responsibilities- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly analyses and customized reporting for various stakeholders using existing and innovative approaches.
- Participate in collaboration to promote new ideas and develop streamlined processes to enhance department efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reports and processes.
- Support management with the preparation of presentations for executive leadership.
- Write SQL queries on an ad hoc basis in response to data-specific requests.
- Work concurrently with the Manager of Client Operations to design reports that introduce efficient solutions to current business needs.
- Collaborate with Information Services department and other development teams to improve the quality, consistency, and accuracy of report deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree required; a focus in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant financial analytical experience.
- Sophisticated use of Excel (vertical lookups, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
- Experience with SQL and Power BI desired.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to identify and analyze multi-faceted problems and recommend solutions.
- Team player with capacity to work collaboratively with personnel across different functions and levels of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule according to workload demands.
This position requires physical presence in Proskauer's offices on a regular basis. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000, based on a number of factors including qualifications, experience, and location.
