About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, promoting our services and products.
  • Work closely with our trainers and staff to deliver high-quality fitness experiences and ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including promoting our studio and services to the local community.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for our members.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness principles, with a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
